This is a business meeting
 
The following items were discussed:
 
Do we want to keep up with the insurance policy?  It is over $600 per year.  The consensus is that yes we will keep it up.
Next week is a fellowship dinner at the Stonehouse Pub at 6pm
Potential future projects:
- Sidney Classical Orchestra has asked us to help buy, sell or distribute tickets.  This will happen next spring
- Rainforest Conservation Society.  Gordon had some difficulty in seeing how we would be able to help.  Concern was also expressed about the possible political aspects to their work.  Questions were asked about who they are associated with and where there other funding comes from.
The budget was passed
Fall Fair financials were not passed.  More information is required before it can be finalized
            Barry recommended that we build a new game for next year.
RYLA – Tara is to respond
We still have scholarships to be awarded. 
 
SGT AT ARMS – Barry fined Nina for not paying attention and Gordon for being tongue tied.  Anyone who did not pay enough attention to Barry’s position on the Scottish referendum was also fined.
