PROGRAM :  Changes to the BC Societies act and how it will impact our club
Anne   Moskow  laid out before the club the dilemma now impending.  The rotary Club of Sidney is currently operating under 2 sets of constitutions and numerous  by laws  (A) The RI   and  (B)     BC Societies act and they have now ran afoul of each other and there is no way of reconciling both. The Societies Act new legislation passed in the spring of 2015 will come into effect on November 28, 2016. This will cause our club to be inoperable at that point in time if left its current format.  Ann pointed out various approaches to navigate around these complexities presently confronting the club.
