President Jack presented Emily Lowan with a $100 cheque. Emily, along with 25 others in her Institute for Global Solutions Program is travelling to Haida Gwaii on May 19th. They are to connected with the Haida Gwaii people and study their eco system. They also plan to connect with a local high school. Emily will make a documentary of the trip.
